Why the name Avec Amour?
Avec Amour means «with love» in French. The name was inspired by time spent in Paris. Whether their architecture, their perfumes, or their cuisine, the French noticeably strive for perfection and pour their hearts into everything they create. It was fitting for what we wished to reflect in every box: Gifts crafted purely «with love».
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which will include your tracking number and other order information.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Absolutely. We offer shipping to the entire USA (including AK, HI, and APO/FPO addresses) in as little as 1 day, with delivery 7 days per week. Just choose the USPS Priority Mail Express shipping option at checkout for a calculated rate.
While we strive to ship most gifts on the same day they are ordered, please allow up to two business days for handling. If you have a special request or other delivery preference please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
How much will expedited shipping cost?
These costs vary depending on the weight and size of the gift, as well as its final destination. Prior to checkout, you will be able to see the pricing options.
Do you offer local pick up?
Currently, we do not offer local pick up for stocked gifts, although we do make exceptions for custom orders in the greater Atlanta area.

When will I receive my order?
Typically, orders take 2-3 days to process and approximately 2-3 days to ship via USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination.

Can you include a personalized note with my order?
Of course. Simply type your sentiment in the box provided at checkout. We will include it on our signature cardstock and place it within your gift box upon shipment.
Do you ship alcohol and fresh flowers?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship fresh florals, foliage, and alcohol at this time. However, flowers are available for custom gifts in the greater Atlanta area.
Because this is a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?
We are delighted to work with you to ensure your gift reaches your recipient within a certain timeframe. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try our best to make this happen.
Can I make changes to my order?

Can I customize my gift box?

What is your return policy?
At Avec Amour, we honor the art of giving, as well as receiving beautifully. We guarantee the presentation and quality of each gift upon delivery, so if a gift does not live up to this, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Where do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax when shipping within our home state of Georgia. Shipments sent outside of Georgia will have no taxes due.
